Foodo or Zervoo: which one?
If guests struggle to find you (a weak website, no online bookings, no loyalty programme), Foodo’s Olivv stack is aimed squarely at that, though Zervoo now builds restaurant websites and bookings too. If the trouble starts once they sit down (orders taken wrong, tickets lost between the table and the pass, a bill that takes twenty minutes to arrive), Zervoo was built for that job, with no new hardware and no commission.
What is Foodo?
Foodo describes itself on foodo.ai as an “agentic command center for hospitality”. It is run by THEFOODO LTD from London, with a UK phone number and an office in Dubai. Its restaurant products are sold under a sister brand, Olivv (olivv.ai), billed as an “AI website builder and growth platform for restaurants”.
Olivv lists ten products: an AI-built website, an AR menu, a customer ordering app, table booking, loyalty, gift cards, a social link hub, SEO and “GEO” (being recommended by AI assistants), and a POS. Olivv advertises commission-free ordering and says it is free to start. Foodo does not publish prices; its site asks you to book a demo.
What is Zervoo?
Zervoo is restaurant management software built by Upwwards. Guests scan a QR at the table and order from their own phone with no app. Dishes can carry real 3D models that guests turn or place on the table in AR. Tickets land on a kitchen display sorted by how long each has waited, the counter settles on the POS, and the dashboard shows the night’s numbers. It is priced as a flat monthly fee per venue with zero commission.
Where the two part ways
They fix opposite ends of the restaurant. Foodo’s stack works on getting guests to you: the website, being found on Google and in AI answers, bookings and repeat visits. Zervoo started with what happens once they are seated: the order, the pass, the service requests and the close. Its website and reservations run off that same live menu, so the site only shows what the kitchen can cook tonight.

Does it matter where your restaurant is?
For Foodo it can. Its sites are written for the UK and the UAE, and we could not find anything on foodo.ai or olivv.ai for Indian venues: no rupee pricing, GST, UPI, Zomato or Swiggy, so if that is you, ask them directly. Zervoo is not tied to one country: payments go through your own provider, prices are set locally, and direct ordering that cuts what you pay the aggregators works the same way wherever you trade.
What if you need a website and bookings too?
