Does Zervoo integrate with our PMS?
Today, orders export with room numbers via CSV. Direct PMS integrations are on the roadmap, so ask us about yours.
Can different outlets have different menus?
Yes. Rooms, restaurant and pool bar each get their own menu and hours under one account, with one master item library.
Do guests need to sign in?
No. The room QR opens the menu straight in the phone’s browser, and it already knows which room it is in.
How is Zervoo priced for a hotel?
Per venue, per month. The Menu plan, a QR menu with up to 3 dishes in 3D, starts from £12. Plans with ordering and the kitchen display are quoted after a short call. Four or more venues are priced together as a Group with one master menu. No setup fee and no commission on orders.
Can dishes be shown in 3D on the room-service menu?
Yes. The Menu plan includes up to 3 dishes in 3D, and the Service plan covers 3D models too. Any item can carry a real 3D model that guests turn in the browser or place on the table in AR; it is optional per item.
Who owns the guest order data?
You do. Orders, menu, requests and history export as CSV any time, including on the way out. Zervoo does not sell or share guest data.
