Can we run multiple brands on one account?
Each brand is set up as a venue with its own menu and QRs, sharing one kitchen display and one owner dashboard.
Does Zervoo replace aggregator tablets?
For direct orders, yes. Aggregator orders stay on their own tablets; moving regulars to direct QR links is how you skip the commission on them.
How do riders know an order is ready?
Pickup orders carry a number and a status the counter flips with one tap, and riders can see it from the door.
How is Zervoo priced for a multi-brand kitchen?
Each brand runs as a venue, priced per venue per month. A menu-only brand starts from £12; brands with ordering and the kitchen display are quoted after a short call. Four or more venues are priced together as a Group. No commission on direct orders.
What happens if the internet drops?
The kitchen display keeps the tickets it already has on screen. New guest orders queue on the guest’s phone and land when the connection returns; staff can also enter orders from a phone on mobile data.
Can we export our order data?
Yes, any time. Orders, menu, requests and history export as CSV, including on the way out. Zervoo does not sell or share guest data.
